Read to Hazel! Hazel is a certified therapy dog who loves listening to our young readers. Children gain confidence when they read aloud to a friendly, non-judgmental dog. 

Celebrate the coming of the longest night of the year and welcome the beauty, solitude, and snow-filled fun of winter, with our popular Winter Solstice Concert, featuring violinist Irene Rissi and companion musicians.  

Learn baby sign language in this fun, interactive storytime. Sing, play, dance, and learn! Best for birth to three, and older siblings are always welcome.

After school is time for imagination and creativity! Join us the third Wednesday of each month this fall to enjoy a surprise project. This program is for students in grades 5-8 and meets from 3:30-4:15pm in the East Lyme Room.

Come dance with your children at the Library! In addition to being enjoyable, dance is a great way to develop motor skills and spatial awareness, meet new friends, and get exercise.

Thursday Knitters’ is a gathering of people who enjoy knitting and crochet. Bring your projects to work on and share in the fun.
