Join us for this two-part, in-person workshop where we’ll explore how to reconnect with your body’s natural hunger and fullness signals, untangle emotional eating patterns, and find more ease and presence at mealtimes. Led by a licensed therapist and yoga teacher, this workshop blends mindfulness, somatic awareness, and practical tools you can bring to the table every day.
Attendance for both sessions is required.
